Developed by Amber Campion, Dynamic Release Method™ is a holistic, body-based practice that bridges ancient wisdom with modern science. Designed to support nervous system repair, emotional release, and embodied integration, DRM blends yoga, myofascial release, breathwork, and functional movement into a cohesive experience.
At its core, DRM is about liberation — helping you move through stuck energy, untangle chronic tension, and cultivate a deep sense of inner steadiness. With a strong foundation in mindfulness and somatic intelligence, DRM is not just a way to move your body — it's a way to come home to yourself.
DRM is expressed through three distinct yet complementary class styles:
A soulful fusion of embodied yoga, breath, and myofascial release.
This signature practice invites you into slow, intentional movement woven with poetic sequencing, functional alignment, and heart-opening dharma talks. Inspired by internal martial arts and somatic therapy, DRM:flow emphasizes fluid, breath-led motion—like moving through water—to foster nervous system restoration and emotional clarity.
Expect a balance of effort and ease, with moments of stillness, mindful mobility, and deep release using tennis balls. You'll leave class feeling centered, supple, and soulfully attuned.
Where intensity meets intentionality.
Part of the DRM:fitness branch, DRM:sweat blends high-intensity interval training (HIIT) with yoga postures, focused breathwork, and myofascial release. This class is for those craving a cardiovascular challenge with a mindful edge.
Expect to sweat, shake, and soften — all while staying deeply connected to your body’s wisdom. It's fitness reimagined through the lens of mindfulness and somatic awareness.
Build power from the inside out.
Also within the DRM:fitness family, DRM:strength combines resistance band training with yoga, breath, and myofascial release. Rather than pushing through, you'll be guided to tune in — building strength that is both physical and energetic.
This practice improves posture, enhances stability, and supports longevity, all while rooting you more deeply in your body’s natural intelligence.
These classes are open to all levels, though in some classes we do explore more challenging postures, such as inversions, arm balances, and binding. Please do not let this keep you from joining class, as you will be instructed on variations to suit your needs.

I admire the authenticity that Amber brings to her teaching. She really does embrace “the beauty and brutality of life”, asking her students to bravely confront whatever they’re facing so they can move forward again. Her no-nonsense attitude reassures students that they’re not alone in whatever challenges they’re facing. She sugarcoats nothing, but brings humor into her stories at exactly the right moments. While Amber demonstrates some of the poses as she speaks (often just using some arm motions to show how the spine should move) the vast majority of the time she is walking at a measured pace around the room. The degree of vigilance that Amber employs with regards to her students allows her to correct alignment immediately, and to get a strong sense of how the class is feeling both mentally and emotionally at any moment.
I love that Amber invited her students to engage in “contemplative movement”, listening to their own intuition about how their body should move. At first this instruction seemed difficult for people to follow, but by the end of the class the students really seemed to be totally entranced, listening to their internal voice (perhaps for the very first time). Her classes really take on the art of theater in many ways, and without realizing it her students flow through moments of reflection, of humor, of effort, and of release. It is truly a gift to experience.””

But I have learned you can’t always do it alone, nor should you. There are gifted healers who can help you crack open and relax into parts of yourself you just can’t reach on your own.
