📍 Where: The Yoga Center — 720 Tahoe Street, Suite C, Reno, NV
💸 The Exchange of Energy (Sliding Scale): $12–$22 per class

  • Prepayment is required to reserve your spot (unless cash payment on day of has been previously approved by Amber)

  • Pay via Venmo (QR code below) or Zelle to amber.campion@gmail.com

  • Space is limited, so if you need to cancel, please do so at least 8 hours in advance to roll over your payment to the following week.

  • Late cancellations (under 8 hours) without proof of emergency will forfeit the payment.

  • To cancel, text (917) 685-1135 with your full name at least 8 hours before class.

About Dynamic Release Method™ (D.R.M)

A somatic system to build resilience, embody presence, and awaken personal power.

Developed by Amber Campion, Dynamic Release Method™ is a holistic, body-based practice that bridges ancient wisdom with modern science. Designed to support nervous system repair, emotional release, and embodied integration, DRM blends yoga, myofascial release, breathwork, and functional movement into a cohesive experience.

At its core, DRM is about liberation — helping you move through stuck energy, untangle chronic tension, and cultivate a deep sense of inner steadiness. With a strong foundation in mindfulness and somatic intelligence, DRM is not just a way to move your body — it's a way to come home to yourself.

DRM is expressed through three distinct yet complementary class styles:

DRM:flow

A soulful fusion of embodied yoga, breath, and myofascial release.

This signature practice invites you into slow, intentional movement woven with poetic sequencing, functional alignment, and heart-opening dharma talks. Inspired by internal martial arts and somatic therapy, DRM:flow emphasizes fluid, breath-led motion—like moving through water—to foster nervous system restoration and emotional clarity.

Expect a balance of effort and ease, with moments of stillness, mindful mobility, and deep release using tennis balls. You'll leave class feeling centered, supple, and soulfully attuned.

DRM:fitness

A holistic, mindfulness-based approach to movement-as-medicine.
Two class types fall under DRM:fitness:

  • DRM:sweat
    Where intensity meets intentionality.

    Part of the DRM:fitness branch, DRM:sweat blends high-intensity interval training (HIIT) with yoga postures, focused breathwork, and myofascial release. This class is for those craving a cardiovascular challenge with a mindful edge.

    Expect to sweat, shake, and soften — all while staying deeply connected to your body’s wisdom. It's fitness reimagined through the lens of mindfulness and somatic awareness.

  • DRM:strength
    Build power from the inside out.

    Also within the DRM:fitness family, DRM:strength combines resistance band training with yoga, breath, and myofascial release. Rather than pushing through, you'll be guided to tune in — building strength that is both physical and energetic.

    This practice improves posture, enhances stability, and supports longevity, all while rooting you more deeply in your body’s natural intelligence.

Both classes are intentionally designed to meet you where you are—inviting strength, stamina, and deeper self-awareness.

About Amber:

Amber Campion is an internationally recognized mindfulness-based embodiment educator, yoga teacher trainer, and author with over two decades of experience in leadership and mind-body education. Her pioneering work focuses on nervous system regulation, emotional intelligence, and embodied self-inquiry, earning her acclaim through sold-out workshops and retreats across four continents. Amber is the creator of Dynamic Release Method™, a unique practice designed to foster physical, emotional, and energetic freedom. She is the author of Tiny Rituals: 108 Poems to Remember Ourselves as Holy, Whole, and Wise, a widely celebrated guide to mindful reflection and self-compassion. Originally launching her career in New York City, Amber now resides in Reno, where she is preparing to launch a highly anticipated yoga studio and elixir lounge in Fall 2025 with her husband.

Amber’s extensive yoga training is complemented by certifications in holistic health counseling, bodywork, transformational coaching, neuro-linguistics programming, and trauma-informed training with over 5-years of experience teaching at-risk and incarcerated youth in NYC through The Lineage Project.
