I’ve been teaching yoga and mindfulness for 20-years and have learned that we need to move for our mind, breathe for our body, and soften for our soul to feel a sense of well-being and inner peace.
My classes are real (not performative), thoughtful, intelligently-guided, breath-focused, and soulful. These are exquisitely curated practices of healing and activation - body, mind, and spirit.
RITUAL (rather than routine) has changed my life for the better. It’s about quality, not quantity and it’s about perspective - a way of meeting yourself with more grace and honesty, while creating the results you desire (both inside and outside).
