What should I do?

what should I do?

It's my job (and passion) to listen to the undertones of what people are really wanting...when they ask for guidance.

As a holistic coach and mindfulness teacher, I'm not an advice giver...I'm a listener. And within this listening, it sometimes stirs up questions to offer back - typically provocative questions - ones that get at the core of the resistance. And sometimes the listening elicits a story or insight to share, or sometimes, it is clearly felt that nothing is to be said at all...the listening was all that was needed. No matter how I respond, my intention (and mantra) is always this, "what can I say, what can I do, to help them access their own inner wisdom."

We live in a world where there is so much stimulus, noise, and direction pointing from the outside world, that it can be hard to navigate our own Self. Our own truth. Our own path.

What should I do? becomes as automatic as the question, "How are you?" when we simply meant, "Hello." When we had no real intention of holding space for the infinite possible ways this person could answer that, if in fact, they knew you were actually, truly, listening.

What should I do? becomes a plea for outer approval, a quick fix, a resolution that will take the pain of uncertainty away. And the more automatic this looking outward becomes, the more unfamiliar our own inner wisdom becomes to us.

What should I do? becomes a solution that takes us further and further away from Our ability to turn inward, Our Knowing, Our truth, Our Becoming.

If you have any 'shoulds' lingering in your world.

Should I leave this relationship, job, house, city, addiction?

Should I pivot my business? Should I charge more? Should I charge less?

Should I go back to school? Should I write a book? Should I get funding?

Should I finally call my dad/mom? Should I finally forgive him/her?

Should I leave this organization? Should I ask for what I really want?

Then I invite you to turn inward with me. When we come together in community and remember how to trust our own inner wisdom..life beckons us home, inviting us to return to love. It's your truest and most beautiful nature and it's where your healing, your answers, and your becoming reside.

Why do so many of us choose fear over love? The answer is...we forget. We forget we ARE love and we crawl back into shame and hide. We stop surrounding ourselves with teachers, mentors, guides, and friends who carry us back to love again and again when we forget (because we will forget...again and again).

Let me carry you back to love. Let us all carry each other. Give yourself the space and permission to simmer for a day in your wisdom. The clarity and insight that could occur may change everything. And while yes, that change may be the brutal reality you've been avoiding, but know this sweet one, no matter what, if it is true, it will also be the deepest kind of beautiful and it will bring you home...to your becoming.

INWARD: A Virtual Retreat to Return to Love

The sacred pause is an act of self-love.
The body is a river of wisdom. Are you listening to it?
Space. Time. Reflection…the world will have you think this is a luxury.
It is not.
It’s a necessity.

Inward is not a direction, it’s a dimension - with breadth and depth.
A place of reverence and re-wilding.
It holds the key to all your questions.
It’s a return.
To Love.

Retreat.
Not because you want to escape life.
But for life
To not escape you.

I priced this experience as reasonably as I could to support all levels of income, as a return to love is needed now more than ever.

You’re essentially investing $14 an hour for 5 hours of in-depth mindfulness, embodiment, and holistic leadership support. If I were to offer a day retreat like this in-person, it would be at least 3x the price. So please do your soul (and your bank account) a favor...jump at this opportunity now.

ENROLL HERE for INWARD: a return to love.

Shortly after you enroll: I'll send a PDF with the Zoom link, schedule, nourishing breakfast/lunch recipes, and a guide to setting up your space so you can feel prepared and relaxed for the day of retreat.

NOTE: there will be no replay for this event - think of it like an in-person retreat. You'll get the most out of it (which is what I want for you) by showing up live and being a part of the experience, rather than watching it later.
